WHEN Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez marry in December, they no longer intend to build a house. The two reportedly agreed to live in Regine’s house in Ayala Heights, Quezon City.After the wedding, of course, they will be one, so to speak.
What is Regine’s becomes Ogie’s, too. And vice versa.According to Ogie, he suggested that they sign a pre-nuptial agreement, especially because he has two kids with his previous marriage to Michelle van Eimeren. After all, Regine has acquired for herself several properties, not to say, investments and savings.
Ogie, on his own, has more than enough to assure him and his children a life of luxury, just from his earnings as a singer, songwriter and comedian. Likewise, he is set to inherit more than enough from his wealthy parents in Batangas. In any case, to Ogie’s offer for a pre-nup, Regine said no.
