  • “There is no forgiveness for what you did. No annulment for you. I will seek justice. I will see you both in court.”

This was Sunshine Dizon’s latest Instagram message to her estranged husband, Timothy Tan, and his alleged mistress — her apparent response to his press statement admitting that they had split and were seeking an annulment of their marriage.

The 32-year-old actress and Tan, a pilot, married in March 2010. They have a daughter and a son.

In a series of revealing posts over the weekend, Dizon accused her husband of infidelity and identified his alleged mistress by name and photograph.

She opened her salvo on Friday by posting a photo of what appears to be a love letter written by the alleged mistress to Tan, with this caption: “Hello Clarissa! Clang Sison, Claris of St. Lukes (thumbs up emoji) Clarissa Soriano Sison (smiley). She also tagged the Instagram accounts of both Tan and Sison.

Dizon then followed it up with a close-up photo of the alleged mistress. “Oh by the way, how was it like to live near me? Exactly 3 floors up in the same building [where] my children and I live,” she said in the caption, in which she also accused Sison of recently going on a U.S. trip with Tan without the knowledge of her own husband.

This series of posts was broken up only by a photo of Dizon flanked by her two kids in which she said: “At the end of the day I will always have you two, and it will all be worth it. Keep your heads up, Mama will protect you. Keep your heads up and have pride knowing you will always be loved.”

In response, Tan confirmed the split and asked the public for privacy in a message sent to media on Sunday, Father’s Day.

“Since the start of the year, our marriage has [undergone] numerous challenges and as with any relationship, we have truly tried our best to resolve certain issues. However, we have both concluded that an annulment is warranted,” he said.

Tan vowed to continue performing his paternal obligations to his two children.

“I would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize to the people [and] their families who were involved, directly or indirectly, as a result of our marital problems.I would also like to request for privacy as we both go through this challenging time in our lives,” he said.

For her part, Sison defended herself in a Facebook post early Monday.

“Do not believe everything that you see on the Internet. Ano nga bang laban ko di ba? Artista yung humihingi ng sympatcha sa inyo but please, do not judge me agad if you don’t know what really happened. Good night everyone! Thank you for your messages, keep them coming. I don’t care because I know I did not do anything wrong,” she said.(Interaksyon)
