Beginning January 22, the Kapuso viewers are about to witness another set of talented and passionate individuals destined to conquer the music scene.  New and equally exciting twists, world-class performances, and inspiring stories from the Clashers also await the Clash Nation.

The formidable trio of Asia’s Nightingale Lani Misalucha, Asia’s Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista, and Comedy Concert Queen AiAi Delas Alas is back once again as The Clash Panel together with Clash Masters Asia’s Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose and Total Heartthrob Rayver Cruz.

Christian shared how The Clash 2023 differs from the previous seasons, “The Clash 2023 is different because it arrives during the dawn of the first month of a post-pandemic world. With new beginnings and dreams available again for live performers. The category and mechanics that we loved are here, but there will always be surprises along the way.”

Fueling the excitement of the viewers, Julie elaborates more on what to look forward to in the competition, “In-open muli namin ang audition sa younger age range kaya expect na may mga palabang kabataan na sasabak sa Clash arena. The Clash 2023 is adding another layer of exciting surprises to the show’s seemingly predictable challenges.”

Meanwhile, Rayver expressed his excitement about their return, “Excited ako sa The Clash 2023 kasi ito na naman yung panahon na makikita ng mga Pilipino at mga Kapuso natin kung gaano talaga ka-talentado ang mga Pinoy pagdating sa larangan ng kantahan. Kasi ‘yun ‘yung isa sa mga inaabangan talaga every year sa The Clash, ‘yung tagisan ng pinakamagagaling na singers sa bansa.”

In the end, Lani revealed what it takes to be the next Ultimate Clasher, “The next Ultimate Clasher should have a unique style in his/her voice and performance. They also must have that x-factor, charisma, charm, and of course talent.”

Don’t miss the world premiere of The Clash  2023 this Sunday, January 22, at 7:50 PM on GMA Network.
