TV host-actor Billy Crawford has been released from detention after posting bail Monday afternoon at the Taguig Regional Trial Court. Crawford is facing charges of malicious mischief and disobedience to a person in authority after causing a ruckus at a police station in Taguig City early morning of Sunday – mere hours after attending the Star Magic Ball. He has acknowledged his fault and has apologized for his actions.
Meanwhile, one of the officers involved in the case, PO1 Rodelma Canao, recounted details of the incident to “Bandila.” ’”
She added that a seemingly incensed Crawford threatened to wreck the place. Nevertheless, she maintained that they have already forgiven Crawford, going on to clarify, “Wala po siyang sinuntok na tao po dito.”
Crawford and girlfriend Coleen Garcia are currently on indefinite leave from “It’s Showtime.”
