Saad niya, “Alanganin kasi he’s leaving and mahirap. “I’ve never been in a long-distance relationship.
“Pero we’re in the same stage of our lives na paangat pa lang kami, so mahirap yun.
“We’re both starting… paangat pa lang.
“We’re just gonna be pulling each other down if we don’t stop it.
“Mahirap na yung long-distance relationship as it is, pero paano kaya kung dagdagan mo pa na paangat pa lang, tapos showbiz pa? Paano kaya?
“And he is leaving on March 25, so parang hindi niya pa alam kung kailan siya babalik.
“It’s not super-super na, like, ‘Okay breakup, wala na.’
“Suguro it’s been a month… hindi naman one month, magwaone month pa lang.
“Nagkakalabuan na kami for about one month. Medyo malabo-labo talaga”

IN DENIAL.
“Dati, sinasabi namin na, ‘That’s fine, everything is fine.’
“Kasi years and years before he
even met me, plano na niya talaga yun, dream na talaga niya yun.
“Kasi years ago pa yun, it’s long overdue, kailangan na niyang matupad.
“We decided to fight for it, fight for it…
“So many factors, tapos showbiz pa, aalis siya, we will both have different goals…

“Kasi we get along so well, Gab and I get along so well talaga.
“Kasi ako, I always think of longterm, e.

“We’re in speaking terms. Pag kailangang mag-usap, nag-uusap naman.
“Pero yung texts, wala. Not so much na kasi aalis na siya.
“So mahirap if he keeps on holding on, I keep on holding on, so we’re preparing ourselves na lang.
“Katulad ng sinabi ko, we ended our relationship na ganito, peaceful, na parang mutually, kasi para nandun pa rin yung respeto.”

Mahal pa ba niya si Gab?
Sagot ni Coleen, “Hindi naman mawawala yun.
“Kasi when you love a person, hindi naman mahal mo lang siya dahil nandito siya sa buhay mo or kasama mo siya —you’re with the person.
“I love Gab, I love his family, I still care about them.
“Siguro kasi, with Gab, it’s different when you love someone and when you want to be with someone.
“Right now, I love him, I love his family, pero I don’t think I should be with him.” — Melba Llanera, (pep/gma)
