Sly dialogue and huggable sheep are some of the reasons to check out Shaun The Sheep The Movie. Life on the farm will never be the same as you follow the exploits of some hip barnyard animals courtesy of D Films and your neighbourhood Cineplex Odeon theatre.
Little kids and oldies will adore this slick about a pack of sheep ready to escape the confines of a rural farm. Made in Clay like animation its fun to see all the trouble these four legged creatures encounter in The urban arena especially when they lock horns with a merciless animal catcher bent on ridding his community of the new welcomed interlopers.
Brilliant sophisticated writing by Mark Burton and Richard Starzak keep things moving at a nice clip for this offbeat and fully engaging 85 minute romp. Set in Britain there are lots of ingenious English quips and the chase element is especially well done and endearing.
