  • A study conducted by the Land Transportation Office showed that out of 8 million vehicles registered, 17.7% do not have comprehensive motorcar cover.

Why? It’s probably because of the tedious process. What people usually do is to study first various car insurance offers from different companies, already a laborious act by itself because of the presence of several car insurance providers in the market today. Then you talk to an agent of your chosen company or go to his or her office just to get a quote. And when you agree on the terms of the quotation, that’s the time to fill up an insurance application and pay the corresponding amount. The receipt is then given and you wait a few more days for you to get your insurance.

So can you imagine the difficulty involved just to buy car insurance, right? But it really doesn’t have to be that hard. You don’t have to go through the eye of the needle just to see a piece of paper with the seal of approval that says your car is already insured.(MS)
