Vancouver Mountainview Rotary Club hosts first golf pitch and putt event

  • The Rotary Club of Vancouver Mountain View (RCVM) will be hosting its 1st RCVM Golf Pitch and Putt Fun Tournament on Sunday, July 11, 2021, at Murdo Frazer Park located in 3092 Paisley Road, North Vancouver. This family event, which marks the initial fellowship activity under RCVM’s new President Matt Caparas, will be a 9-hole tournament that will start at 830 AM. This event is open to interested players, both first-timers and amateur golfers. Interested players may send an email to [email protected], or by calling or texting 1-604-655-0618 for more details. Tournament fee is $20.00 per participant payable onsite. Prizes for the Champion in Men’s and Ladies’ Categories will be awarded, plus additional prize for the Closest-to-the-Pin at Hole No. 9. RCVM is planning to host a series of fellowship and fun events for its members and guests in the new Rotary Year 2021-2022. As always, the club is looking for new members at this time. Professionals living in Vancouver area who have the passion to serve the community are welcome to apply to join(Rovic Gloria Canono).
