  • The second season of the Surrey Night Market, the only multicultural night market in the Fraser Valley, will open on May 29, 2015 and will operate every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until September 20th summer night market will be a family friendly event and will run from 6pm to 11pm at the Cloverdale Exhibition Grounds, 17726 – 62 Avenue, Surrey. The attendees will get to sample a wide variety of foods, services and goods, and enjoy performances by local bands, singers, and dancers, without having to cross any bridges.

The event will have numerous rides and games for children and youth, and multiple door prizes for attendees. Parking will be free.

In 2015, the Surrey Night Market will have a strong community and social perspective. We will set aside one community tent at the event and non-profit community based organizations will be able to staff this tent by rotation. They can come up with ideas that could be supported by the Surrey Night Market.

In addition, the management of the Surrey Night Market will designate a couple of weekends for the food banks in the region – anyone bringing a non-perishable food item will be allowed to get in for free, and all the donations will be given to one of the local food banks that is willing to partner with us by promoting this initiative in the community. We will also undertake “toys drive” on a few weekends – asking everyone to bring a new toy in return for free entry and these toys will be donated to community organizations that regularly distribute toys to needy families.

During our second season, the following patrons will get free entry into the night market.
    • Families of all Canadian Forces personnel and Veterans living in BC
    • Children less than 48in height when accompanied by their families
    • Wheelchair borne persons
    • Seniors over 75 years

The Surrey Night Market 2015 will offer an outstanding business opportunity to about 50 food vendors and 75 merchandize vendors, and also offer an exceptional sponsorship and promotional opportunity to local businesses to display their banners at the venue and donate door prizes.
