LIZA LUCION RELEASES HER STATEMENT ABOUT THE ALLEGATIONS FILED AGAINST HER

  • VANCOUVER, CANADA — After almost 2 years of silence, suspended Immigration Consultant Liza Lucion
finally speaks up about the scamming allegations filed against her.

Lucion’s name was all over social media back in 2022 when former clients of hers claimed they were
scammed through an immigration program that does not exist and are proposing to file a class action
lawsuit against her. According to the victims, they have paid Lucion thousands of dollars for a COVID-
related program that would give them a work permit and eventually lead to permanent residency.

On November 22, 2023, Lucion finally released an official statement regarding this issue and filed a
demand letter to the individuals and groups who made allegations against her. Lucion denies the
allegations and maintains her innocence as the 11 cases filed against her have not been substantiated.

According to Lucion, the original source of these cases was unproven as the clients who filed this against
her failed to provide legitimate documentation, failed to provide criminal record checks as required by
the immigration, and voluntarily withdrew themselves while also deciding to return to their home
country. To date, none of the cases have been escalated to the regulatory body, CICC.

Lucion reiterates that the Immigration Program and Permanent Resident Program that are in question
do in fact exist, and there is no evidence to suggest that they do not. According to Lucion, the negative
publicity is affecting both her personal and professional life and she hopes to avoid legal proceedings to
ensure that a public apology and retraction of the articles and statements is issued.
