As the flag carrier gears up for its US expansion, PAL is spearheading a New York fun run to kick off its much awaited return to the Big Apple. The event, which has as theme ‘Run and Fly to New York, is being organized by PAL and RUNRIO INC.
The race will be held on February 28 from 2:00AM to 10:00AM at the Bonifacio Global City grounds. 
The start and end point will be 34th street for all four distance run categories – the 3K, 5K, 10K and 16K. An estimated 2,000 runners are expected to join. Each participant will be given a PAL race shirt, singlet, race bib, and raffle stub.
Up for grabs for participating runners are flights to New York City, PAL’s 35th destination. On March 15, 2015, PAL’s founding anniversary, the flag carrier returns to the Big Apple with four weekly flights via Vancouver
