Purpose
On June 4, 2010, CIC issued Operational Bulletin (OB) to bring awareness to Human Resources and Skills Development Canada/ Service Canada’s (HRSDC/SC) plans to rescind the IT National Labour Market Opinion (LMO), and to provide information as to what actions CIC is taking in re­sponse.
